1. What is YWL for Contractors?

An all-in-one platform that replaces pen-and-paper processes with digital
tools for scheduling, invoicing, payments, reporting, and more—built
specifically for contractors.

2. Who is it designed for?

Contractors and anyone in industrial or field service work who wants a single
tool to run their business.

3. Do I need technical expertise?

No—the interface is clean and intuitive. We continuously refine the UX based
on real-world feedback.

4. Is there a mobile app?

Not yet, but a responsive web app is available and a native mobile version
is in development.

5. Is it subscription-based?

Yes—monthly subscriptions with tiered per-account pricing.

6. How do I sign up?

7. What info is required to register?

Name, email, company details, and desired number of accounts.

8. How long does setup take?

Basic registration: 3–5 minutes. Optional brand setup: 13–20 minutes.

9. Can I customize the platform?

Yes—upload your logo, choose brand colors, and more. Additional customization
options are on our roadmap.

10. Is there a trial version?

Trials are offered periodically; keep an eye on our announcements.

11. What features are included?

12. How does user access work?

Owner – full control; Admin – add accounts;

13. Does it support invoicing & payments?

Yes—create estimates/invoices and accept card payments via Stripe.

14. How does scheduling work?

Drag-and-drop jobs onto a calendar, assign employees, and automatic inbox
notifications are sent.

15. Can I generate reports?

Yes—build and export custom reports for any tracked data.

16. What are the pricing tiers?

1–10 accounts: $9.99 / mo each
11–20 accounts: $8.99 / mo each
21+ accounts: $7.99 / mo each

17. Are annual plans available?

Not yet—discounted annual plans are in the works.

18. How does billing work?

Monthly auto-billing; the owner can manage or cancel anytime in the profile tab.

19. Can I cancel?

Yes—access remains until the end of the paid period.

20. Any hidden fees?

No platform fees. Stripe’s 2.5 % transaction fee applies to customer payments.

21. How secure is my data?

Data is encrypted in transit & at rest; security is monitored 24/7.

22. Is data backed up?

Yes—nightly backups retained for at least 60 days.

23. Who owns my data?

You do. We never sell or share your information.

24. What if I cancel?

Your data is retained for one year, allowing easy re-activation.

25. What support is offered?

Email support with responses within 24–72 hours.

26. Are training materials available?

An in-app training guide is coming soon.

27. How do I contact support?

28. Do you offer onboarding assistance?

Not currently, but we’re exploring options.

29. Can I integrate other tools?

Stripe is fully integrated; additional integrations are planned.

30. Which devices/browsers are supported?

All modern browsers and devices. Tell us if you hit an edge case.

31. Can I import data from other systems?

Not at this time.

32. Forgot password?

Use “Forgot Password” at login; owners can also reset employee passwords.

33. Account issues?

Contact us via the “Contact Us” form and we’ll help.

34. System outage?

We notify users of planned downtime and resolve unexpected issues ASAP.

35. Can I request features?

Absolutely—submit requests through the in-app form.

36. Plans to expand to other industries?

Yes—tell us which industry you’d like us to tackle next.

38. Is it in beta?

Yes—public beta with live testing.

39. Update frequency?

We release new features as fast as our small team can.
